Graphics and Video Specialist

As an experienced Digital Assets Designer, you will be responsible for developing various digital assets such as banners, pepfeed creative, email headers, social media assets, short animated films, PowerPoint designs, motion graphics, rich media animations, and text-based graphics like infographics. Your role will also involve video editing and other post-production work. You will collaborate closely with your line manager to understand and prioritize individual tasks and workloads. Additionally, you will be required to monitor and act upon feedback from end-users to ensure deliverables meet expectations. Your responsibilities will include contributing to communication processes, such as project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, and implementing changes based on feedback. To excel in this role, you should have at least 7-9 years of experience working with design tools like PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Premier. Your creativity will be essential in producing innovative visual identities, new templates, and infographics. Strong collaboration skills are necessary as you will work with marketing services teams, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to achieve desired outcomes. Being highly organized and responsive is crucial for this position, as you will need to prioritize tasks, create schedules, and meet deadlines effectively. You should be able to synthesize data from various sources and have excellent storytelling abilities. A deep understanding of the CPG industry's business performance outputs and the ability to visually represent business insights are essential. Proficiency in computer tools such as MS Office Suite, Windows OS, PC accessories, email, and internet/web search is required. Moreover, you should be adept at communicating fluently in English with strong spelling and grammar skills in a business environment.
