Graphic & Visual Designer

As a talented and creative Graphic & Visual Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape the visual identity of our brand, design stunning pitch decks, craft engaging illustrations, and contribute to our storytelling through compelling visuals. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our marketing, product, and leadership teams to bring ideas to life and maintain a consistent visual presence across all channels. Experience in Web3 is considered a valuable bonus for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Design high-impact graphics for the website, social media, pitch decks, and print materials. - Create custom illustrations and visual elements to enhance brand storytelling. - Develop brand-aligned visual assets for various departments and campaigns. - Work on visual design systems, style guides, and templates to ensure scalable design. - Collaborate cross-functionally to conceptualize and execute design ideas. - (Bonus) Create motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns and videos. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or visual design. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools. - Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of graphic design, branding, and pitch deck projects. - Good understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color theory. - Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet tight deadlines. In addition, experience or familiarity with Web3, crypto, or tech startups, as well as knowledge of motion design, animation, and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.), would be preferred qualifications for this role.
