Job Description

As a Graphic & Visual Designer, you will utilize design principles, technologies, and techniques to create engaging visual concepts to illustrate key sales messages for print and digital deliverables. Your role involves collaborating with teams to develop creative, client-centric solutions that convey a compelling visual story. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop visual identities, mockups, social creativity, infographics, and campaign assets - Support product launches with branding collaterals (PPTs, case studies, UI imagery) - Work on design systems, color palettes, iconography, and illustration - Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and UI teams **Qualifications Required:** - Strong portfolio with product branding, marketing assets, and B2B design work - Adobe Suite mastery (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Experience with fast-paced branding agency or in-house studio - Ability to adapt to global brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries In this role, you are expected to be an Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team, and be responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams, contribute on key decisions, mentor junior designers, and continuously seek feedback to improve design processes and outcomes. **Professional & Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in Visual Design - Strong understanding of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite - Experience in creating user-centered designs - Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing graphics - Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design techniques Please note that the candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Visual Design and this position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is also required for this role.,
