Graphic & Visual Design Specialist

As a Graphic & Visual Design Specialist at Accenture, your role involves creating engaging visual concepts and supporting graphics to highlight key sales messages in deliverables. You will collaborate with sales teams to develop creative concepts using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Your responsibilities include formatting proposal documents according to client requirements and Accenture brand guidelines, translating complex data into compelling infographics, and applying design best practices. Demonstrating advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro is essential, along with developing client-focused visual concepts and creating clear infographics to visualize data. You will also follow workflow processes, prepare files for printing or online submission, and organize graphic design assets. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a graphic designer and/or desktop publisher, with at least 1-2 years of professional experience in Adobe apps like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Acrobat. Being a visual storyteller with attention to detail and a creative collaborator who can adapt to feedback is crucial. Proficiency in the English language is a must, and meeting any additional language requirements as per MU specification/needs is necessary. Having a portfolio with relevant work examples, experience in proposal response development, and preferably a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is beneficial.
