What You’ll Create

Reels that combine:

• Graphics & kinetic typography (text-led hooks, icon/shape animations)
• Stock/online footage & images (royalty-free, licensed)
• Client-provided videos/photos (shoot/raw assets/brand libraries)

Key Responsibilities

• Turn a short brief or script into thumb-stopping reels using a mix of graphics, stock clips, and client assets.
• Source and curate relevant footage/images from legal online libraries; maintain proof of license/links.
• Edit & animate: hooks (first 2–3s), captions/subtitles, transitions, speed ramps, simple motion graphics.
• Branding: apply brand kits (colors, fonts, logo, CTA), maintain visual hierarchy and legibility.
• Audio: select royalty-free tracks, sync beats, add tasteful SFX; deliver balanced audio levels.
• Versioning & adaptations: IG Reels primary (1080×1920); export 1080×1350/1920×1080 if required.
• Maintain clean project organization (folders, filenames, proxies, open files).
• Keep a running mood/reference board and propose 2–3 fresh reel concepts weekly.

Must-Have Skills

• Editing: Premiere Pro or CapCut Pro (fast cuts, captions, speed control, stabilization, basic color).
• Motion: After Effects basics (text animators, masks/mattes, easing, logo/element reveals).
• Design: Photoshop/Illustrator for quick assets; strong typography and layout sense.
• Sourcing: Comfortable finding the right clips/images online; understands licensing (royalty-free/attribution).
• Platform fluency: IG/FB/LI/Shorts specs, export bitrates, size optimization.

Nice-to-Have

• MOGRT templates, expressions (auto-fit text, counters).
• Figma/Canva for quick storyboard/moodboards.
• AI assists (CapCut/Runway/PS Gen Fill) for speed.
• Premiere Pro (or CapCut Pro) + After Effects + Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Light color grading; LUT basics.

Deliverables (guideline)

• 8–20 reels/month in the mixed-media style (graphics + stock + client assets).

Compliance & Quality

• Only use licensed/royalty-free assets; keep a license log (links/screenshots).
• Double-check spelling, brand colors, logo clear space, caption legibility, and audio peaks before delivery.
