As a Graphic Designer at Brand Up, you will be responsible for developing visually stunning designs for various digital platforms such as social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements. Your role will involve collaborating with the digital marketing team to understand client goals, target audience, and unique campaign requirements. You will create eye-catching graphics that align with our commitment to innovation and excellence. Additionally, you will manage multiple design projects simultaneously to ensure seamless integration within the overall digital marketing strategy. It is essential to stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative design ideas to the table. Key Responsibilities: - Develop visually stunning designs for digital platforms - Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand client goals and target audience - Create effective graphics aligning with Brand Up's commitment to innovation - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously - Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on digital marketing - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and designing for digital platforms - Understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO and user experience design - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field preferred Please note that this is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule. Performance bonuses and shift allowances are provided. The education requirement is Higher Secondary (12th Pass), and the work experience should include at least 2 years in design, motion graphics, poster creation, and 1 year in video editing. The work location is in person.
