Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media (e.g., social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, packaging).
Collaborate with team members to understand design requirements and project goals.
Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts based on brand guidelines.
Revise designs according to feedback and ensure final graphics meet quality and brand standards.
Maintain consistency in visual elements across all projects.
Prepare design files for both digital publishing and printing.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven work experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and original design work.
Excellent eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
