Graphic Designer & Video Editor

We are looking for a highly skilled and fast Video Editor with strong aesthetic sense and agency experience. You should be confident handling multiple formats—from social media reels to campaign videos—while maintaining quality, speed, and creativity.

This role demands tool mastery, creative thinking, and execution efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality videos for:
• Social media (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
• Brand campaigns and promotions
• Ads and performance creatives
• Work confidently with motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and effects
• Collaborate with designers, content strategists, and client coordinators
• Create and adapt content based on brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Use AI tools for:
• AI-generated videos
• Creative enhancements and variations
• Faster content production where applicable
• Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and formats
• Maintain consistency in visual tone, pacing, and storytelling

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Adobe After Effects – motion graphics & effects (mandatory)
• Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve – professional video editing (mandatory)
• Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator – for thumbnails, creatives, and video assets
• Strong command over:
• Cuts, pacing, sound sync, transitions
• Color correction and basic grading
• Typography and visual hierarchy in videos

Required Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 2–5 years of agency experience in video editing (mandatory)
• Proven experience working with multiple brands and industries
• Strong understanding of:
• Social media trends and video formats
• Aesthetic composition and storytelling
• What works for ads vs organic content
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality
• Experience with AI-based content creation tools is a strong requirement
