The Formularx is an Indian dermocosmetics brand founded by scientists in 2021, specializing in

skincare for sensitive and compromised skin, and is known for its barrier-fortifying ceramide

moisturizers. Founded by Dr. Rahul Chaudhary and Dr. Satobhisha Mukherjee, the brand

focuses on combining cosmetic elegance with pharmaceutical precision, offering clinically

backed formulations that are developed by scientists and trusted by dermatologists. The

Formularx emphasizes transparency, sustainability, and affordability, aiming to provide effective

skincare solutions backed by strong scientific research.

Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design

• Develop high-quality, visually compelling designs for social media, websites, emailers, ads, and print collaterals.
• Create branding elements including logos, packaging layouts, brochures, posters, and marketing materials.
• Deliver creative assets aligned with brand guidelines, aesthetics, and tone.

Digital Marketing Support

• Design creatives for performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.).
• Support influencer and organic content teams with high-impact visual assets.
• Create banners, thumbnails, and product creatives to enhance engagement and conversions.

Branding & Visual Identity

• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals.
• Assist in refreshing or expanding brand design guidelines.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure visual alignment with business goals.

Video & Motion Graphics (Optional + Preferred)

• Create short animated graphics, reels, GIFs, and simple motion videos.
• Edit raw footage and assist in video production when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).

• 25 years of professional experience

  as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficient in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• CorelDraw
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma / Canva
• (Optional) Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design creativity and versatility.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in

  Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, Fashion, or Lifestyle brands

  .
• Understanding of D2C brand design language.
• Experience designing content for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.).
• Knowledge of UI/UX basics is a plus.
