As a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor, you’ll create visually compelling assets — from scroll-stopping Instagram Reels to high-impact YouTube videos, motion graphics, and ad creatives for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

This role is perfect for someone who blends design aesthetics with video storytelling, knows what works in social media, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-End Video Production

• Edit high-performing content (Reels, Stories, Shorts, Ads) using raw footage, stock, and brand assets
• Handle transitions, sound design, subtitles, basic animation, and color grading
• Use AI-powered tools and plugins to speed up content delivery and ideation

Graphic & Motion Design

• Design static and motion graphics for digital campaigns
• Animate typography, infographics, and UI elements using After Effects or equivalent
• Develop visual identities and on-brand templates for recurring formats

Platform-Specific Adaptation

• Customize creatives for Meta, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms
• Maintain clarity on current ad specs, dimensions, and content trends across platforms

Creative Strategy & Iteration

• Collaborate with strategists and media teams to ideate content variations
• Use performance feedback to improve creative quality and engagement
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and quick mockups

Trend-Driven Thinking

• Stay up-to-date with emerging formats, audio trends, and design patterns
• Translate social trends into meaningful, brand-aligned visuals

Must-Haves

• 1–2 years of experience in design + video editing
• Mastery in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of platform-specific ad formats and specs
• Passion for design and storytelling with strong visual sensibility
• Ability to handle fast turnarounds and multiple deadlines
• Strong communication skills and openness to collaboration and feedback

Good to Have

• Familiarity with AI tools (Chat GPT, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Veo 3 etc.)
• Experience in e-commerce, D2C, or ad agency environments
• Basic understanding of photography and on-set production workflow

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
