You should be creative, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Graphic Design:** - Create social media posts, ads, banners, and marketing creatives - Design brochures, pitch decks, proposals & brand assets - Maintain consistency with brand guidelines - Develop thumbnails, email graphics & illustrations as needed - **Video Editing:** - Edit short-form videos for platforms like Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts - Produce long-form edits for YouTube and brand promotions - Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, captions, sound sync - Perform color correction and simple animations **Qualifications Required:** - Fresher or experienced in graphic design and video editing - Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in design and video work - Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Canva - Ability to grasp brand aesthetics and adhere to design guidelines - Detail-oriented with strong creative problem-solving skills - Capable of meeting deadlines and working autonomously - Effective communication skills In addition to the above, it is beneficial if you have a basic understanding of UI/UX design, experience with motion graphics and animation, and knowledge of social media content strategies.,
