As a Graphic Designer specializing in Real Estate with skills in UI/UX, Video Editing, and VFX, you will play a crucial role in creating visually captivating content and enhancing the digital presence of our real estate projects. Your responsibilities will include designing marketing materials, developing brand identities, crafting user-friendly digital interfaces, and producing high-quality promotional videos. You will be tasked with designing brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and digital advertisements tailored for real estate marketing. Additionally, creating engaging infographics, property presentations, and promotional visuals will be part of your routine tasks. Ensuring visual consistency across all platforms and editing property images, 3D renderings, and virtual tours will also fall under your purview. In the realm of UI/UX design, you will be responsible for enhancing user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and property portals. This will involve creating wireframes, prototypes, and layouts for responsive and interactive designs. Collaboration with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and conducting user research and A/B testing to enhance digital platform usability will be key aspects of your role. Your proficiency in video editing and VFX will be utilized to create high-quality promotional videos, real estate walkthroughs, and social media reels. Editing property tour videos, testimonial videos, and advertisements with captivating transitions and effects will be crucial. Utilizing motion graphics, animations, and VFX to elevate video content quality and working with green screen effects, 3D compositing, and cinematic editing techniques will be part of your daily tasks. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in graphic design, video editing, and UI/UX, preferably in the real estate sector. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and understanding of UI/UX design principles and prototyping tools are essential. Experience with motion graphics, VFX, and 3D animation tools is also required.
