Graphic Designer Trainee

As a Graphic Designer Trainee at our company in Kozhikode, Kerala, you will be an integral part of our dynamic creative team. Your role as a trainee involves contributing to the development of engaging visual content for various platforms, ultimately bringing our projects to life. Your key responsibilities will include designing visual content for digital and print media, such as social media creatives, presentations, posters, and promotional materials. Collaborating with the design team, you will brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and produce compelling designs. It will be essential to ensure that all materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency throughout. Supporting the design process from concept to final delivery, you will incorporate feedback to refine and enhance designs. To be successful in this role, you should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is crucial. A strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles, along with a creative mindset and attention to detail, will be beneficial. Effective communication and teamwork skills are important, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. A portfolio showcasing your creativity and design skills, if available, would be an added advantage. Preferred qualifications for this position include prior internship or work experience in graphic design or a related field, familiarity with web design and basic UI/UX principles, and knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools.
