About The Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy. This role is about concept development, design thinking, and bringing bold creative ideas to life across channels.

What Youll Do

Partner with marketing and leadership to translate business goals into creative concepts.
Lead brainstorming sessions, moodboards, and concept presentations.
Develop design strategies for campaigns, brand refreshes, and product launches.
Produce high-quality creative assets that balance imagination with brand alignment.
Mentor junior designers and guide them in elevating their creative output.

What Were Looking For

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns, concepts, and strategic design thinking.
Ability to ideate big-picture concepts and execute them with polish.
Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools.
