Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and creative PPT Designer to join our dynamic training team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and be proficient in developing engaging, professional PowerPoint presentations that enhance learning experiences. You will work closely with subject matter experts, trainers, and instructional designers to transform raw content into visually compelling presentations that support our training programs. Key Responsibilities: Design & Development: Create high-quality, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that align with the companys branding and training objectives. Design slides with appropriate use of text, images, graphics, and animations to enhance learning and retention. Convert complex training content into visually digestible slides with clear flow and logic. Collaborate with trainers to incorporate feedback and revisions into the final presentation materials. Creative Enhancement: Develop custom graphics, infographics, icons, and other visual elements as needed. Apply design principles to improve the overall readability and aesthetic appeal of the presentations. Maintain a consistent visual style, branding, and tone across all training materials. Content Formatting: Ensure all presentations are formatted according to company standards and are easily editable by non-designers. Proofread and edit slides to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Optimize presentations for different platforms (online, classroom, video recording). Collaboration & Communication: Work with training facilitators, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to understand course content and objectives. Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and ensure timely delivery of materials. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve presentation quality. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 7 years of proven experience in designing PowerPoint presentations, preferably in a corporate or training environment. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Knowledge of instructional design principles and experience in developing training materials is a plus. Excellent graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing past work. Ability to simplify complex information into clear and engaging slides. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders. Time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia, or a related field. Experience in creating e-learning or interactive presentations. Knowledge of video editing or animation software is a bonus.
