Job description We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to focus on building and managing a network of top-tier trainers for Microsoft cloud services. This role combines the strategic sourcing and recruitment skills of a technical recruiter with the ongoing management and alignment of trainers to our specialized training programs. Primary Responsibilities: Technical Recruitment and Sourcing - Source and recruit trainers with expertise in Microsoft cloud services through platforms like LinkedIn and industry networks. Recruitment and Interviews - Conduct interviews with potential trainers to assess their expertise and fit for our programs, ensuring a high standard of quality. Trainer Database Management - Maintain and update the trainer database, ensuring comprehensive and accurate information for all trainers. Microsoft Cloud Expertise - Leverage deep knowledge of Microsoft cloud services to identify the best trainers for specific verticals and client needs. Requirement Communication - Keep trainers informed about new training requirements, and ensure they receive relevant opportunities based on their specialization. Trainer Engagement and Alignment - Build strong relationships with trainers, ensuring they remain engaged and aligned with our training programs. Candidate Profile: Experience - Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical recruiting, preferably within IT or cloud services. Technical Proficiency - Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud services and how trainers align with different industry verticals. Communication and Organizational Skills - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships and ensure trainers are well-matched to our needs.
