Graphic Designer

II. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marcom team to conceptualize and create high-quality visual assets for various projects.
• Design engaging and on-brand graphics for digital and print media, including social media ads, brochures, presentations, and more.
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, consistent with brand guidelines, and tailored to the target audience.
• Edit and enhance raw video footage to produce compelling and professional videos.
• Incorporate visual effects, transitions, graphics, and audio to create visually stunning video content.
• Create captivating social media banners, headers, and cover images that reflect current design trends and resonate with the intended audience.
• Participate in the entire video production process, from storyboarding and scripting to shooting and post-production.

• Bachelor s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
• Additional certifications in graphic design, video editing, or motion graphics are a plus.

V. Skill Set Required:

• A portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic design and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design/video editing tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Creativity and the ability to generate original ideas and translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) and trends.
• Experience working on corporate branding and marketing campaigns.
