Graphic Designer

You will be joining SynRam Software Services Pvt Ltd as a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. Your main responsibility will be to define requirements, visualize, and create graphics such as illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You will play a crucial role in shaping the brand identity of the company through innovative and impactful designs for both digital and print media. - Study design briefs and determine project requirements - Schedule projects and define budget constraints - Conceptualize visuals based on the given requirements - Prepare rough drafts and present your design ideas - Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand - Ensure appropriate use of colors and layouts for each graphic - Collaborate with copywriters and creative directors to produce final designs - Test graphics across various media and make necessary amendments based on feedback - Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, accurate, and align with the brand identity - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a professional setting - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effect); knowledge of Parallax effect is mandatory - Experience with Figma, Canva, or other digital design tools is a plus - Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles - Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across different formats - Attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset - Excellent time management and communication skills,
