About the Role We re looking for a creative, experienced, and driven Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual storytelling across our brand and product ecosystem. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about clean, meaningful design that drives change. You ll collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to craft compelling visuals from brand identity to digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute design projects across digital and print media from concept to final delivery Develop brand identities, campaign visuals, social media creatives, web assets, and marketing collateral Design user-friendly UI elements and interfaces for web/mobile platforms Create illustrations, icons, design systems, and compelling visual content for case studies, reports, and decks Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints Collaborate cross-functionally to turn ideas and briefs into powerful visuals Stay ahead of trends in design, tools, UI/UX, and motion graphics Manage multiple deadlines and stakeholder feedback in a fast-paced environment What We re Looking For 2-5 years of professional graphic/product design experience Prior startup experience is mandatory Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Strong portfolio demonstrating product UI, digital campaigns, branding, and web/print assets Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or Sketch is a plus Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout principles, and responsive design Ability to independently lead projects and manage timelines Bonus: Motion graphics or basic video editing experience Bonus: Passion for climate tech and sustainability What You ll Gain Full ownership of product and brand visual design Creative freedom within a design-first, mission-driven culture Opportunity to create meaningful impact through purposeful design Collaboration with a dynamic team across tech, marketing, and leadership Exposure to climate design networks and real-world sustainability challenges Perks, Perks, and Did We Mention Perks?
