Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Creative Development

Create innovative designs for packaging, branding, marketing materials, and digital creatives.
Develop high-impact visuals for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
Build concepts, pitch ideas, and deliver modern design styles.

2. Pre-Press & Print Production

Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, dielines, trapping, color corrections).
Work with cylinders, plates, and printing limitations for flexible packaging.
Coordinate with the printing team to ensure 100% accurate output.

3. Social Media & Digital Content

Design and schedule creative content for social media (reels, posts, carousels, ads).
Help manage brand presence and ensure modern visual aesthetics.
Work on campaigns, product promotions, and brand storytelling.

4. Software Expertise

Must be highly skilled in:

Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe InDesign
CorelDRAW
After Effects / Premiere Pro
(preferred)
Canva Pro
(for quick social edits)

5. Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Press, Production & Sales teams.
Understand briefs, convert them into creative solutions, and deliver high-quality output on time.

Preferred candidate profile

26 years experience in graphic design and pre-press.
Experience in
flexible packaging / printing industry
preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing print + digital work.
Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication.
