- Develop and execute creative concepts for digital marketing across all platforms.- Create a high volume of ad creatives (banners, GIFs, short-form video edits) for Google Display Network, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and ads on e-commerce/quick commerce platforms.- Develop Point-of-Sale (POS) materials including posters and in-store displays to support our distribution and retail network.- Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and other custom visuals as needed.- Ensure brand consistency across all design work in line with established guidelines.- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the brand's visual appeal and redefine marketing in the essential commodities/FMCG space.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce brands.(In-house or agency background preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, After Effects)- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles across digital, video and print.- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.- Understanding of brand aesthetics, color theory, typography, and design principles.- Experience in designing for performance marketing (Facebook/Google Ads)- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating consumer-centric designs.
