Graphic Designer – Sports Division

Overview

The Sports T-Shirt Editing Designer at JAYU SPORTS is responsible for creating high-quality, visually appealing sportswear graphics, ensuring accurate customization, and maintaining brand consistency across all apparel designs. This role involves photo editing, layout creation, and design enhancements for production-ready outputs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create and edit sports t-shirt designs using CorelDRAW/Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Add names, numbers, logos, and sponsor elements for customized jerseys.
• Prepare clean, print-ready files for sublimation, DTF, or screen printing.
• Ensure accurate colors, alignment, and layout before production.
• Work with the production team to fix design issues and maintain quality.
• Keep design files organized and follow brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on sports design trends and contribute creative ideas.

Required Skills

• Strong command of design software (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Knowledge of sportswear design patterns, colour theory, and fabric compatibility.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Creativity, problem-solving skills, and an understanding of current sports design trends.
