Graphic Designer- Social Media

The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills and aportfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for graphic design and 3D work. Thiscandidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such asdigital, 3D and print forms.

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range ofmaterials that may include web pages, presentations, catalogues, internalcommunications, newsletters, marketing materials and new productsprototypes.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brandidentity.
• Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content bydetermining the ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programsto visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
• Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organisationalstandards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent thecompany or client appropriately.
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meetdeadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based onworkload, which may include ve or more simultaneous projects.
• Examine existing processes, identify aws, and create solutions that improvedesign capabilities.
• Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.

• Two or more years of experience in professional graphic design
• Knowledge of 3D software like Blender, 3DX, and Autocad
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
• Knowledge of Social Media, Photoshoot and Catalogues
• Photography experience and prociency with photo-editing software
• Experience in the sports industry is a plus
