As a Corporate Affairs and Communications professional at PwC, your role involves managing and coordinating internal and external communications, public relations, and corporate reputation. You will focus on developing strategies to effectively communicate the organization's mission, values, and initiatives to stakeholders such as employees, customers, investors, media, and the general public. Additionally, if you are in internal change and communication, your responsibility will be to develop and implement communication and change strategies for internal stakeholders. Your main focus will be on fostering clear communication channels to inform, engage, and align employees with the organization's goals and values. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders - Manage and coordinate internal and external communications, public relations, and corporate reputation - Focus on effectively communicating the organization's mission, values, and initiatives to various stakeholders - Foster clear communication channels to inform, engage, and align employees with the organization's goals and values Qualifications Required: - Art College graduate / Graduate - 5+ years of experience for Senior Associate In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, PwC is looking for a Graphic Designer who can support elaborate campaigns and standalone messages across multiple internal communication channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating high-end info-graphics, presentations, and emails. Basic knowledge of animation and video editing is also required. Key Responsibilities: - Creative designing - Branding of documents & presentations - Interpretation of content to create info-graphics - Animation - Video editing - Web design - Ability to multitask Qualifications Required: - Thorough knowledge and experience of working with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office - Sense of creativity in designing and conceptualization - Ability to analyze and interpret information and content - Ability to learn and apply brand guidelines - Good analytical and communication skills Location: Preferably in Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Kolkata In summary, as a Corporate Affairs and Communications professional at PwC, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating internal and external communications, public relations, and corporate reputation.
