Graphic Designer - Remote -Full Time ( Us shift )

The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong creative skills and showcase a portfolio that reflects a deep passion for illustrative design and typography. It is essential for the candidate to have hands-on experience working with various design platforms, including digital and print forms. The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Additionally, they should possess effective communication skills, enabling them to understand, convey, and comprehend tasks efficiently. This position offers the flexibility of remote working, allowing candidates to work from any location. Candidates applying for this role should be open to working in rotational shifts, including night shifts. The selection process includes a preliminary round lasting 30 minutes conducted virtually. Successful candidates from the preliminary round will be invited for an in-person interview in Mumbai, Pune, or Indore, which includes a 90-minute assessment in Adobe Illustrator and a 30-minute assessment in Adobe Photoshop. The salary range for this position is between 2.65 to 3.85 Lakhs per annum. The work timings are flexible, with a standard 8-hour workday from Monday to Friday, providing weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
