Graphic Designer Real Estate (Graphic & Motion Video)

You are a creative and highly skilled Graphic Designer with experience in Motion Video Graphics and a strong background in the Real Estate industry. Your main responsibility will be to create visually compelling and engaging graphics and videos that support marketing initiatives and promote real estate projects across various platforms. You will design high-quality graphics for digital and print media, such as brochures, social media posts, advertisements, banners, and more. Additionally, you will create motion video graphics for social media, websites, and promotional campaigns. Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams is essential to create visual content that aligns with the branding and objectives of real estate projects. You will also devise creative concepts for branding campaigns, property launches, and other marketing events. Designing layouts and visual content for property presentations, floor plans, and project visualizations are also part of your responsibilities. Ensuring that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the company's image in the real estate market is crucial. Editing and animating videos, integrating graphics, animations, and footage is another key task. Keeping updated with design trends, especially within the real estate sector, is necessary. You must handle multiple projects efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in graphic design and motion video graphics, preferably in the real estate industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign) is required. Experience in creating and editing motion graphics and video content, understanding of real estate branding and marketing strategies, a strong portfolio showcasing real estate-related design and motion graphics work, excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, strong attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills are all essential. Preferred skills include experience with 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max), knowledge of UX/UI design for real estate websites and apps, and familiarity with video shooting techniques, which are considered advantageous for this position.,
