Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Quantiphi's Creative Team, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing designs to enhance the marketing materials. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Studying design briefs and determining project requirements. - Scheduling projects and defining the work pipeline efficiently. - Conceptualizing visuals based on specific requirements. - Preparing rough drafts and presenting creative ideas effectively. - Developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand. - Ensuring the use of appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic. - Collaborating with the creative lead and the marketing team to produce final designs. - Testing graphics across various media and amending designs based on feedback. - Ensuring that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with the brand guidelines. Qualifications Required for this role: - Designing and creating captivating graphics for various design deliverables such as Flyers, Posters, Slides, and Presentations. - Preparing design plans, concepts, and layouts for graphic design projects. - Collaborating with the creative lead and writers to understand project scopes and objectives. - Assisting in selecting design elements like colors, animation, etc., for graphic design. - Researching and analyzing the best design techniques to create innovative designs. - Participating in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas. - Maintaining best practices for naming conventions and organization of graphic files. - Keeping up-to-date with the latest graphic design techniques and trends. - Ensuring compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
