and industry, QpiAI-Explorer. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join

our creative team and contribute to our branding and marketing efforts.

Job Summary:

We seek a skilled and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 1-3 years of experience to

produce visually engaging content for our social media platforms and branding materials. The

ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and

the ability to create content that captivates and engages our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

? Graphic Design:

? Create visually appealing static posters, banners, and other graphic elements for

social media and online campaigns.

? Design branding collaterals including brochures, flyers, business cards, and other

marketing materials.

? Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual content.

? Video Editing:

? Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, including promotional

videos, product demos, and other marketing content.

? Add strategic effects, transitions, and video elements to enhance engagement

and viewer retention.

? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards.

? Content Strategy:

? Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and target

audience.

? Develop creative concepts that align with the overall marketing strategy and

brand voice.

? Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video

editing.

? Collaboration & Communication:

? Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and create innovative visual

content.

? Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements

and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field is a plus.

? 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.

? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

or any other similar software

? Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing skills.

? Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

? Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

? Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and design principles.

Preferred Skills:

? Experience with animation and motion graphics.

? Knowledge of social media platforms and their specific design requirements.

? Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles.
