Role: Graphic Designer - Print Production
Duration: Permanent - Full Time
Shift: 3PM - 11:45PM OR 6PM - 11:45PM
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with strong production skills to join our client's in-house creative studio. This role focuses on producing clean, accurate, and visually consistent design work across digital and print formats.

If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working in fast-paced environments, and have a strong command of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and MS Office, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Produce high-quality design assets using existing templates and brand guidelines.
• Manage a steady flow of creative updates, edits, and revisions on marketing and corporate materials.
• Ensure every design meets quality standards—visually accurate, brand-aligned, and ready for print or digital use.
• Design content for various formats such as - Brochures, Flyers, Documents, Event Collateral, Presentations.
• Collaborate with managers and team leads to prioritize and deliver projects on time.
• Use project management tools (like Workfront) to track and manage assignments.
• Apply solid design skills, including layout, typography, color, image editing, and file setup.

What You’ll Need To Qualify

• A portfolio of your best/ most recent work.
• Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative team or agency setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud—especially InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Understanding of adaptation, layout and print best practices.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience using Workfront or similar project management tools.
• Knowledge of large format print production and brochure setup.
• A collaborative, can-do attitude that supports team culture.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
