Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative and modern:
• Visiting Cards
• Brochures & Flyers
• Flex Banners / Hoardings
• Wedding & Event Invitations
• Understand client briefs and deliver within tight timelines.
• Coordinate with printing team for final output alignment.
• Ensure designs follow brand consistency and print specifications.
• Make changes/edits as per client feedback.
• Manage design assets and maintain version control.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
• Good knowledge of print-ready file formats (CMYK, bleed, vector formats).
• Creativity with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in print shop or advertising studio preferred.
• Basic knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Exposure to digital marketing creatives (social media posts, ads).
• Video editing (basic, not mandatory).
• AI technologies.
