Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

● Design Visual Content: Create eye-catching graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and presentations.

● Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints in line with brand guidelines.

● Collaborate with Teams: Work cross-functionally to visually simplify complex financial concepts.

● Audience-Centric Design: Create student-friendly, accessible graphics that resonate with learners, educators, and parents.

● Feedback & Refinement: Iterate on designs based on team and stakeholder input to produce polished final assets.

Requirements :

● 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the education, youth, or finance sector.

● Strong command of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign; proficiency in Photoshop and familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva.

● A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and a range of digital design work.

● Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

● Understanding of accessible and inclusive design principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per month
