Graphic Designer - Packaging design & Branding

You are a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in branding and packaging design. With at least 2 years of creative agency experience, you have a passion for creating visually compelling designs that elevate brand identity and product presence in the market. Your key responsibilities will include developing creative concepts and design layouts for brand identity systems, product packaging, and related marketing collateral. Collaboration with the creative team, account managers, and clients is crucial to ensure design objectives are met. You will create mood boards, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts, while maintaining brand consistency across all visual assets. Staying updated with industry trends, materials, and printing techniques in branding and packaging is essential. Additionally, you will prepare production-ready files and liaise with printers/vendors for final execution, working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a creative/design agency and a proven portfolio showcasing branding and packaging projects. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is required, along with an understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Knowledge of print production processes and packaging materials is necessary. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are vital, as well as the ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure. This is a permanent position requiring a Bachelor's degree as the preferred education qualification. Experience in CSS for 1 year (Preferred), Packaging Design for 2 years (Required), and Logo design for 2 years (Required) is a must. The work location is in person.,
