Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile *Graphic Designer with strong video editing skills* to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in visual storytelling across digital and print formats, and is passionate about creating compelling motion graphics and branded video content. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity and ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design captivating visuals for websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, packaging, and internal presentations.

* Develop and edit promotional, product, and explainer videos tailored for social media and digital ads.

* Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to produce integrated multimedia campaigns.

* Create animated graphics and short-form videos using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software.

* Customize and repurpose content for multiple platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.).

* Maintain brand consistency while introducing creative innovations in motion and static content.

* Develop infographics, digital templates, brochures, banners, and other visual aids.

* Manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables, and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

* Graduate /Bachelor’s degree preferred in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field.

* 2–4 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on video and multimedia.

* Portfolio demonstrating a strong mix of static design and video/motion content.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD).

* Strong visual storytelling ability and understanding of modern design aesthetics.

* Familiarity with UI/UX basics and digital content production workflows.

* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams.

* Receptiveness to feedback and the ability to iterate quickly.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Valuable):

* Experience with motion graphics, 2D animation, and audio syncing.

* Understanding of social media trends and video performance metrics.

* Knowledge of print production, pre-press file setup, and color management.

* Basic knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Cinema4D) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
