Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong eye for clean, modern design and a passion for effective visual communication. In this role, you’ll create compelling visuals that support internal initiatives and enhance our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creative assets including graphics, templates, and visual standards for internal communication initiatives.
• Deliver engaging visuals for web, social media, internal campaigns, presentations, emailers, and event collateral.
• Create short-form videos and motion graphics for internal platforms throughout the year.
• Translate ideas and messaging into visually compelling content aligned with our internal brand.
• Produce clean, minimalistic, and platform-specific designs for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design materials while meeting project deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including HR, internal communications, and events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro or After Effects) is a strong advantage.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of branding, digital, and social media design.
• Clear understanding of modern web and design trends, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
