Job Description

As a Graphic Designer Marketing Specialist at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in translating marketing strategies into visually captivating designs that engage target audiences and contribute to brand awareness and business growth. Your responsibilities will include developing high-quality creative materials, collaborating with stakeholders to execute marketing activities, and supporting the development of marketing collateral for NTT Global Data Centers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and design engaging content, tools, and materials for internal and external programs and events from concept to production. - Assist in the development and execution of marketing activities in alignment with business objectives and revenue targets. - Coordinate and deliver internal and external collateral for partner business functions. - Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to storyboard and execute video shoots, leading creative direction and post-production. - Work with the Product team to create sales enablement collateral promoting GDC products, roadmap plans, and leasing activity. - Contribute to bid and proposal content to generate interest and enable sales. - Review collateral developed by other GDC teams to ensure brand alignment. - Influence short to medium-term goals through personal effort and collaborate with team members. - Be accountable for own targets with work reviewed at critical points. - Perform any other related tasks as required. **Qualifications & Attributes:** - Seasoned professional with complete knowledge of best practices for marketing and graphic design. - Ability to resolve issues creatively and suggest variations in approach. - Proven ability to develop impactful content with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal team members. - Good understanding of the company's products and services. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video production preferred. **Academic Qualifications & Certifications:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field. **Required Experience:** - 5-8 years of experience in a similar industry or related work. - Strong background in marketing and graphic design with work samples required. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). - Experience with various computer software, hardware, and peripherals, including Microsoft365. - Video creative and post-production experience preferred. **Additional Details about NTT DATA:** NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
