Position Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you will assist in bringing visual concepts to life for Marcadors’ campaigns. Working closely with senior designers, marketing, and content teams, you will contribute to the design of digital and print assets that engage audiences and reinforce brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create on-brand visuals for digital and print channels under guidance of senior designers.
• Support in designing branding, social media assets, websites, and marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with teams to translate creative briefs into effective design solutions.
• Apply feedback to refine designs and meet project objectives.
• Stay updated on design trends and develop technical skills to enhance creative output.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 0–1 year of graphic design experience (internship/freelance experience also considered).
• Portfolio showcasing creativity and design fundamentals.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects is a plus.

Essential Skills and Competencies

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with After Effects/motion graphics basics is a plus
• Awareness of web/UI tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail, typography, and layout
• Good communication and willingness to take feedback
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
