About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can conceptualize, recreate, and design visually engaging graphics for an education brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and be capable of creating designs that communicate clearly, align with brand guidelines, and appeal to both students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

Recreate and redesign reference images with improved visual appeal, consistency, and accuracy.

Create original illustrations and graphics as needed, based on educational themes and concepts.

Design ad creatives for digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display Ads, etc.).

Develop banners, hoardings, posters, and promotional materials for both online and offline campaigns.

Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines in terms of color palette, typography, and overall style.

Work closely with the content and marketing teams to visualize concepts effectively.

Optimize images for web and print use (correct dimensions, resolution, and file formats).

Maintain a library of design assets for easy use across campaigns and channels.

Adapt and repurpose creatives across various sizes and platforms while maintaining design integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (mandatory).

Knowledge of additional tools like Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW is a plus.

Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to interpret creative briefs effectively.

Experience in designing for education or EdTech brands will be an added advantage.

Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong portfolio showcasing image recreation, illustration, and campaign-based creatives.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in banner/hoarding design for offline marketing.

Basic understanding of motion graphics or GIF creation.

Experience with ad creative optimization for digital campaigns.
