Gain hands-on experience by collaborating with senior designers & marketers. Skills You Need: Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. A good sense of typography, color, and layout. Understanding of branding & marketing design. Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Ability to take feedback and improve designs. Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics.
