Job Description: GRAPHIC DESIGNER (full-time)

Preferably FEMALE

We need a dedicated candidate for our acclaimed company GLOBUS NATURALS, having suitable knowledge in graphic and product designing, to create engaging and on-brand graphics of our beauty and healthcare. The candidate should also know Video-editing required for the graphic designing.

Minimum Qualifications_: 3-4 years of experience_, with a graduation or diploma in Graphic Designing.

Desirable Qualification:

• Proven graphic designing experience in a skincare or cosmetics company.
• Should be well-versed in Video-editing.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media Marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Graphic Designing:

• Create engaging visual content for digital platforms (social media, website banners, newsletters, ads, etc.)
• Design product packaging, brochures, marketing collaterals, and event branding material.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Work closely with marketing & product teams for campaigns and launches.

Social Media Management:

• Plan, create, schedule, and manage posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars.
• Write engaging captions, trending hashtags, and compelling CTAs.
• Coordinate with influencers and creators for collaborations and campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends, viral content, and algorithm changes.

Marketing & Strategy:

• Contribute to campaign ideation and digital storytelling.
• Run and analyze paid campaigns (FB/IG/Google optional).
• Optimize engagement and follower growth through strategic posting and creative ideas.
• Analyze insights, create reports, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Salary: 20-30k; negotiable, based on skills, experience and qualifications.
