Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer at ixigo, your main focus will be on creating purposeful and high-impact designs that play a central role in various aspects of the travel company. You will collaborate with different teams to bring visual ideas to life, ensuring that the design not only looks beautiful but also drives results. Your responsibilities will include designing app store assets, crafting performance marketing creatives, engaging in social media storytelling, building and maintaining design systems, leveraging AI for creativity, and staying updated with the latest design trends. Key Responsibilities: - Design & Optimize App Store Assets: Create eye-catching visuals for the app store (icons, screenshots, banners) to make the travel app stand out. - Craft Performance Marketing Creatives: Develop compelling digital ads and banners to enhance user engagement and drive growth. - Social Media Storytelling: Design engaging graphics and content for social media platforms to inspire wanderlust and convey the brand story effectively. - Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with motion designers, marketers, and social media managers to create cohesive visual stories. - Build & Maintain Design Systems: Develop and refine design systems and illustration libraries for a consistent visual identity. - Leverage AI for Creativity: Experiment with AI tools to enhance workflow, generate ideas, and streamline design processes. - Stay Ahead of the Curve: Research and incorporate the latest design trends to keep visual content fresh and innovative. Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a product-first company with high design standards. - Previous experience in consumer-focused, design-led environments like travel, food delivery, e-commerce, or mobility is advantageous. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. - Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and illustration libraries. - Familiarity with AI-driven design tools or willingness to learn. - Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and sound design principles. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Self-motivated and capable of managing projects independently. - Up-to-date with current design trends and open to experimenting with new ideas. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities.,
