Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with strong expertise in printing and packaging design. The ideal candidate will lead design projects from concept to final production, ensuring high-quality, print-ready artwork that meets brand, client, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and designs for packaging, labels, brochures, and other print materials
• Prepare print-ready files with accurate color profiles, bleeds, trims, and die-lines
• Coordinate closely with production, pre-press, and printing teams to ensure design feasibility
• Review and approve artworks before printing to maintain quality and brand consistency
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight production deadlines
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and present design concepts
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and printing specifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design / Visual Communication
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a printing & packaging unit
• Strong knowledge of offset, flexo, digital printing processes
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Good understanding of color management, CMYK, Pantone, and material specifications
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and lead design projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, or retail packaging
• Knowledge of die-cut layouts and packaging structures
• Familiarity with quality and compliance standards in packaging
