Ltd Work Location - Healthians Hub, Plot No. 518, Udyog Vihar Phase 3, Gurgaon (near Radisson Hotel, Udyog Vihar) Compensation Upto 6LPA + Single Term Insurance Responsibilities: Design and produce engaging graphics for commercial and promotional needs, including website visuals, social media content, banners, and premium promotional materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design consistency across various media platforms. Stay current with design trends and techniques to produce cutting-edge content. Utilize graphic design software and work with various media, including photography and CAD (Computer-Aided Design). Maintain brand identity through visual design, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas clearly, refining designs based on feedback. Effectively manage time to meet deadlines and project requirements. Coordinate with external printers or contractors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that highlights work in social media and high-end graphics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to accept constructive feedback and apply it to improve designs. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with motion graphics and web design is a plus.
