Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic event industry team. This role focuses on design and drafting, branding and graphics, collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities

Design event branding materials such as logos, invitations, backdrops, stage designs, banners, standees, hoardings, brochures, social media creatives, and presentations.

Create event collaterals (digital & print) in line with client branding and event theme.

Work closely with the event management & creative team to conceptualize themes, stage setups, and visual identities.

Prepare 3D mockups, mood boards, and event concepts for client presentations.

Collaborate with printers, vendors, and fabricators to ensure high-quality output of designs.

Adapt designs for multiple formats (print, digital, large-scale installations, LED screens, etc.).

Maintain an updated design library and ensure brand consistency across all event materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and technical drafting.
• Excellent understanding of branding principles and visual communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
