Graphic Designer / DTP Operator

As a skilled Graphic Designer, your role involves designing and laying out brochures, websites, and other media using desktop publishing software. You will be responsible for image manipulation tasks such as editing, enhancing, cropping, resizing, color correction, and retouching. Additionally, formatting text properties like font size, column width, and spacing to enhance readability and visual appeal will be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Integrate various elements like text, images, and graphics to create visually engaging designs - Prepare files for print or digital publishing, ensuring proper formatting and resolution - Collaborate with designers, writers, and team members to maintain design consistency and meet project deadlines - Conduct quality control by proofreading and reviewing materials for errors in formatting, typography, and content Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant DTP software - Good understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and design fundamentals - Creativity, visual communication skills, and a strong grasp of design principles - Mastery of industry-standard DTP software like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator - Technical skills for troubleshooting software issues, managing files, and preparing files for different output formats This full-time, permanent position offers benefits including paid sick time, Provident Fund, performance bonus, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule.
