Graphic Designer - Digital & Social Content

The role of Graphic Designer at The Bare Bar involves creating digital and print designs for a natural, handcrafted skincare brand. As a versatile designer, you will be responsible for both static design and short-form video editing to enhance the brand's visual output across various platforms. Working closely with the Creative Lead, you will be in charge of executing day-to-day design tasks and creating social content. This includes designing social media posts, packaging, website updates, performance ads, and reels. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who enjoys working on a variety of design projects, from editing videos to creating illustrations and catalogs. Key responsibilities of this role include designing digital assets for social media, ads, website banners, and emailers, as well as supporting print and packaging design for product labels, catalogs, and event collaterals. You will also be required to edit short-form video content, create illustrations, collaborate with photographers, and ensure brand consistency across all design outputs. To excel in this role, you should have a strong portfolio showcasing your design and video editing skills, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with social-first editing tools and the ability to deliver high-quality content with fast turnaround times are essential. A creative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for aesthetics are key traits we are looking for in potential candidates. Additionally, skills in motion graphics, illustration, or simple animations would be a bonus.
