Graphic Designer Desktop Publishing

As a Graphic Designer at our company, your role will involve coordinating with the London-based design team to deliver high-quality and innovative artwork for a variety of urban-planning and urban-design focused presentations. You should be passionate about design, possessing a strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and trends in both digital and print media. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare presentations, graphical brochures, and reports to a high standard of internal organization within the document. - Create high-quality maps and diagrams based on GIS outputs. - Produce high-quality Photoshop image renderings. - Maintain seamless liaison with the London Office. - Be available to work flexible late hours, including 1 pm to 8 pm, as needed to align with the London office. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing high-quality and innovative design work. - Experience in managing larger creative projects with a track record of excellence. - Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline design processes. - Collaborative and communicative, working effectively alongside cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Organized and methodical, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. - Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Strong understanding of graphic design trends and best practices in digital and print media. - Excellent design and visual communication skills with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail. **Good to have:** - Prior work experience in urban planning/property sector. - Ability to work with Midjourney or other AI software. - Experience in creating video presentations and web pages.
