Position Overview:

Graphic Designer cum Web Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design for SaaS Platform

• Design user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless, intuitive experience for customers of our business texting platform.

• Create compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, including email templates, banner ads, landing pages,blogs and social media assets that align with our SaaS brand identity.

• Design promotional materials, infographics, and case studies that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our platform.

Web Design

• Develop and optimize website layouts, landing pages, and product pages, ensuring that they are visually engaging and user-friendly.

• Work closely with the development team to implement responsive web design, ensuring our website performs well on all devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure the website's design aligns with ongoing campaigns and product launches.

Marketing Video Production

• Create high-quality, engaging marketing videos that showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS platform, including tutorials, feature highlights, and customer success stories.

• Produce and edit promotional videos for social media, YouTube, website content, and other digital marketing channels, ensuring they effectively drive user engagement and conversions.

• Integrate motion graphics, animations, and text overlays in videos to enhance storytelling and convey key product messaging.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a

  Graphic Designer

  ,

  Web Designer

  , or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing SaaS design projects, UI/UX work, and marketing videos.

• Expertise in design tools such as

  Adobe Photoshop

  ,

  Illustrator

  ,

  InDesign

  ,

  Figma

  , and

  Sketch

  .

• Proficiency in video editing software such as

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  ,

  After Effects

  , or other video editing tools.

• Solid understanding of

  , and a basic understanding of

  JavaScript

  for web design.

• Experience with

  WordPress

  Shopify

  , or other CMS platforms is a plus.

• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and optimization for mobile devices.

• Ability to create and execute on-brand marketing materials, from concept to final output.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and how design impacts search rankings and user engagement.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with

  3D motion graphics

  or other advanced video production techniques.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, web design, and video production, ideally with a focus on SaaS platforms or tech-related industries.
