You will be responsible for leading a growing digital marketing team in Kolkata. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing social media marketing, SEO strategies, customer follow-up, and best practices - Designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications using Adobe, Coral, Canva, and Figma - Architecting scalable and maintainable solutions following microservices and modular design principles - Collaborating with frontend developers, QA, and product managers to deliver end-to-end solutions - Ensuring application performance, security, and responsiveness - Managing design and deployments, as well as overseeing applications - Maintaining documentation of system architecture and technical processes - Demonstrating a strong portfolio or past project references - Showcasing expertise in cross-platform development - Working independently and meeting deadlines - Having a solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices - Handling a team - Optional: Knowledge in GIS Qualifications: - 4 to 10 years of hands-on experience - Proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams - Familiarity with Adobe, Coral, Figma, and Canva; Creativity is a must - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, or Azure is optional - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and team communication skills - Dedication and punctuality If you are ready to take the next step in your career, please send your resume and portfolio to info@mindpik.co.in or apply directly at: [https://mindpik.co.in](https://mindpik.co.in).
