You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative STEM toys that align with ScienceUtsav's educational goals and philosophies. This includes conducting market research to identify trends and incorporating them into the toy design process. You will also be creating prototypes for new designs, conducting testing to refine and optimize toy features, and ensuring all toy designs adhere to safety regulations for children aged 5 to 14 years. Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for new toy concepts and projects will be a key part of your role. You will need to work within project timelines and budgets to deliver high-quality educational toys. Additionally, engaging with marketing teams to provide insights on product features for promotional purposes will be essential. ScienceUtsav is a creative parallel educational program for children aged 5 to 14 years.
