Graphic Designer Coordinator (Client-Facing)

Job Description

Act as the main point of contact for clients on all design-related projects. Understand client needs, gather requirments, clarify objectives, and document management . Plan and manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows . Ensure final outputs meet client expectations in both quality and detail. Build and maintain strong client relationships with clear, responsive communication. 1 year or 6 months of experience in a client-facing or design coordination role. Comfortable with tools like CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up abilities. Familiarity with design processes and terminology . Proficiency in Google Sheets, email, Excel and WhatsApp communication .
